| The POSH PIG (Copyright - 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008) believes in providing the best, most unique BBQ'd RIBS and Whole Hog Roasts that it can. It's a small mom and pop operation that is responsive to your needs, but with plenty of experience in preparing smoked meat and comfort foods, having smoked and grilled meat for some 30 years. The owners have traveled extensively all over the world and have learned that there are more ways to cook and more unique flavors out there then most people could imagine. Smoking Meat and preparing some of the best BBQ, Cole Slaw, Baked Beans, Corn Bread, and other comfort foods is something that one must have a passion for if you are to provide a great product, and we believe we do just that. |

| We can provide any and all the food and equipment for your next party, fund raiser, family reunion or whatever. We use only the finest products we can find and prepare them with pride and care to insure cleanliness and safety. Our equipment is cleaned and sanitized just prior to each event and foods are handled in a safe and clean manner to insure product safety. |

| We also provide all the support items like Honey Mustard Cole Slaw, Bodacious Baked Beans, Texas Fried Potatoes, Corn Bread, Green Chile Corn Pudding, Roasted Garlic, and many more items you won't find anywhere else. We have several different sauces, including Our Own Honey & Garlic Glaze, Sweet Brown Sugar and Molasses based BBQ sauce, Kansas City Style, South Carolina Bold and Spicy, Our Own Raspberry-Rhubarb, and many many more. How about a most outrageous HABANERO Honey Garlic Sauce? It has just enough Attitude to make you smile as you lick you lips. Its our own and we'd love for you to try it. |
